Alter the content with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing photos or images from it.
Use the content in part or in whole in your personal scrapbook layouts for your own non-commercial use.
Use the content in part or in whole in your personal gifts and non-commercial or non-professional craft projects.
Post copies of completed layouts (those with your photos and additional journaling and embellishments) in public online galleries and public photo sharing sites, as long as you give proper credit to BellaScrapbook.com. This includes content you have altered in any way.

Use the images for any harmful, pornographic, or racial material or material that may be deemed harmful or offensive to another person.

Any order received that contains material that violates these guidelines can be removed without notice:
Photographs that contain nudity and/or pornographic material of any kind
Photographs or content that contain bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred, or profanity
Material that is unlawful, threatening, harmful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Copyrighted material that is used without the express permission of the owner
Content that violates or encroaches on the rights of others
Content or other material that contains viruses, worms, corrupt files, Trojan horses, and other forms of corruptive code or any other content, which may compromise the BellaScrapbook.com Service
Any material sent from an anonymous or false address
Content that harms minors in any way
If you, as a submitter, dispute any copyright or trademark infringement claims, we will share with you the contact information of any party claiming any such infringement. In the event of any such dispute, BellaScrapbook.com reserves the right to suspend the display, viewing or sharing of any submissions until the issue has been resolved. You hereby grant to BellaScrapbook.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, copy, modify, transmit, display and distribute your submissions for the sole purpose of delivering the service. In addition, you warrant that all moral rights in any submissions and uploaded materials have been waived and do hereby waiver any such moral rights.
